itunes podcast

I found a pretty cool itunes movie on Shakespeare and downloaded it. It's from the University of Warwick and talks about a contemporary portrait of Shakespeare. It has some useful background information in it, so I think I'll slice it and dice it with imovie and use it in class. It's a little dry for freshmen so I think a clip is the way to go. Need to look at some more of the grammar gilr podcasts to see what else I can use this year.

It's been a little tricky getting to my computer during the daylight hours because my daughter just wants to watch "baby movies" iphoto slideshows of herself...

Digital Media

Well, I am taking Digital Media in the Classroom this week with Jeff Ingraham so I am learning lots of new stuff to take back to school with me. I just have to keep all of this straight for the two classes. He keeps talking about this Katie Morrow person all the time...I fessed up and told him I was taking two classes.

I've been saving some of the websites we've looked at in Digital Media to my Delicious account.

I also signed up for a Wiki account , so we'll see how that goes. You should see my list of usernames and passwords because no two sites like the same username and password it seems.
